Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrator that can multitask to join our Southern Region Construction Team.
This is an opportunity to showcase your strong administrative background in a similar site-based role with responsibilities ranging from greeting visitors, maintaining site registrars and providing support to the accounts payable administrator, to data entry and general administration support to office and staff based on the project.
Your strong time management skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work well under pressure will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Fantastic opportunity to utilise your advanced communication skills to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Key Selection Criteria
  • Have experience working in a similar site-based role
  • You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
  • Provide high standard of service, present professionally and possess advanced communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve strict deadlines
  • Positive and enthusiastic welcoming of all visitors on-site
  • Ensuring appropriate hired plant documentation is received and filed accordingly
  • Supporting the Office Manager in organising of functions & meeting rooms
  • General administration support to Office and Site staff based on the project
  • Management of all incoming /outgoing mail and couriers and ad hoc administrative duties.
