Job Description
The Product Intern will support the Product team across the full product lifecycle, including research, testing, documentation, and coordination of product initiatives. This role provides exposure to product strategy, market readiness, feature testing, and cross?functional collaboration.
The intern will work with Product Specialists and internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and other business units to understand how product decisions are made and how new features and technologies are tested and implemented. This is a learning?focused role ideal for someone interested in product management, UX, technology, or the live events/digital platforms industry.

Qualifications
  • No formal qualifications required.
  • Interest in product management, technology, UX, digital platforms, or live events.
Knowledge and skills
  • Basic understanding or passion for software, apps, or web technologies (no coding required).
  • Strong organisational and time?management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines with support.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and willingness to ask questions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
