Key Responsibilities
 
  • Assist with planting, pruning, weeding, mulching and general garden maintenance
  • Operate and maintain horticultural tools and machinery
  • Learn to identify plant species, pests and diseases.
  • Support the implementation od irrigation systems and soil improvement techniques
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures
  • Work under the guidance of experienced horticulturists and supervisors
  • Attend and complete all required training and assesments



About You
 
  • Genuine interest in plants, gardening and the environment
  • Willingness to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual labour
  • Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
  • No prior experience required – just a great attitude!


Desirable (but not essential)
 
  • Driver licence (or working towards one)
  • Any exposure to tools, machinery, or outdoor work
