Role Summary The Business Development Manager needs to bring ambition for success and the capacity and drive to deliver business results. The role will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and growth strategy as agreed with the Board. The objective of this role is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong and sustainable relationships with clients.

Sales Management
Delivering daily sales and activities as agreed
New lead Generation
Ensuring that sales targets are met daily
Reporting on sales activity
Assuring maximum conversion rate of potential clients to clients
Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and annual KPIs
Reporting
Complete software system administration compliantly and accurately
Ensuring all new clients are processed with required documents
Maintain accurate records of all enquiries
Maintain activity and sales pipeline every day
Customer Service
Ensure best practise customer service
Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with strategic partners and suppliers where required.
Budget
Support with quarterly and yearly budget planning
Seek to reduce wasted spend at every opportunity
Be responsible for all sales spend
Continuous Quality Improvement
Ensure the integrity of sales adheres to company values and guidelines
Maintain accurate data and adhere to privacy policy
Always maintain brand integrity
Ensure compliance across all channels
Systems and data
Maintenance of accurate data in Zoho
Compliance with checklists and procedures

Identify gaps in knowledge and seek opportunities that will contribute to business and team objectives.
Experience and Professional Background (Minimum Qualifications)
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience within the cleaning sector preferred but not essential
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Ability to self-direct
