Qualifications & Experience
  • Training in or studying engineering, architecture, business, construction management, project management, law, commerce or similar fields related to the operations of the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 systems
  • Demonstratable experience in report writing
  • Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and professional
     
About the Role
Project administration tasks as directed including:
  • Minute taking, maintaining actions registers, following up on actions and reporting on progress.
  • Preparing presentation materials and reports under supervision.
  • Coordinating project meetings and workshops.
  • Site meetings and inspections.
  • Collating documents and managing the document control processes.
  • Exercising the right level of judgement when seeking support and managing confidentiality.
  • Supporting contract management tasks.
  • Checking and proofreading written materials.
  • Contributing to a positive company culture.
  • Complying with Company policies, procedures and management system requirements
