Qualifications & Experience
Training in or studying engineering, architecture, business, construction management, project management, law, commerce or similar fields related to the operations of the business.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 systems
Demonstratable experience in report writing
Positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and professional
About the Role Project administration tasks as directed including:
Minute taking, maintaining actions registers, following up on actions and reporting on progress.
Preparing presentation materials and reports under supervision.
Coordinating project meetings and workshops.
Site meetings and inspections.
Collating documents and managing the document control processes.
Exercising the right level of judgement when seeking support and managing confidentiality.
Supporting contract management tasks.
Checking and proofreading written materials.
Contributing to a positive company culture.
Complying with Company policies, procedures and management system requirements
