About the Opportunity An opportunity is available for an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support within a complex organisational environment. This role supports partnership arrangements, contracts, compliance activities, reporting requirements and governance processes. While the broader team contributes to initiatives that support positive educational outcomes, this position is not student-facing and is focused on administration, documentation, records management, stakeholder coordination and process support. This role is ideal for an organised and analytical administrator who enjoys working with systems, reviewing information, maintaining accurate records and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for partnership arrangements and related activities
Assist with due diligence processes and compliance requirements
Manage shared inboxes and respond professionally to stakeholder enquiries
Maintain accurate records, documentation and data across relevant systems
Support contract administration activities and stakeholder communications
Review information, identify discrepancies and escalate issues where required
Assist with project activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Provide general coordination and administrative support to ensure efficient team operations
About You
Demonstrated administration experience within a complex organisation
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information and documentation critically
Experience working with records management systems, compliance processes, contracts or governance frameworks
Ability to identify errors, raise concerns and seek clarification when required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional stakeholder engagement and customer service capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
Desirable
Experience in higher education administration
Exposure to partnership support activities
Compliance administration experience
Contract administration experience
Governance or reporting support experience
Experience within large corporate, government, education or professional services environments
Requirements
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one
