About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor – Electrical to lead electrical maintenance operations across critical water infrastructure assets. This role is responsible for supervising electricians, apprentices and contractors while ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with operational, contractual and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate electrical field crews and subcontractors.
Act as technical supervisor for registered electrical contracting activities.
Monitor compliance with KPIs and operational targets.
Ensure electrical maintenance works are completed safely and to a high standard.
Support apprentice development and workforce training.
Review and approve timesheets and work allocation records.
Liaise with clients, customers and external stakeholders.
Participate in toolbox meetings, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
About You
You are a qualified electrician with proven supervisory experience and strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems. You enjoy leading teams, solving technical problems and building positive client relationships.
Requirements
Current Electrical Licence.
Previous supervisory experience.
Experience with industrial electrical systems.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability.
Current Driver's Licence.
Experience in utilities or water infrastructure highly regarded.
Instrumentation, SCADA, PLC, RTU or telemetry experience advantageous.
Working at Heights, Confined Space and EWP tickets desirable.
