About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven Energy Consultant to join a high-performing sales team focused on the Commercial & Industrial sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of clients, and delivering tailored energy solutions that align with client needs. Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Build and manage a strong pipeline of Commercial & Industrial clients
Manage inbound and outbound leads effectively
Develop tailored proposals and energy solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and deliver client presentations
Use CRM systems to track activity, performance, and reporting
Educate clients on energy efficiency solutions (solar, battery, LED and related services)
About You
Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Ability to manage your own pipeline and deliver results

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (phone-based or face-to-face)
