Position Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (Wholesale) to join a growing team supporting the delivery of commercial lighting and electrical projects across Melbourne. This role is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the supply of electrical and lighting products to construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, accurate pricing, and strong customer outcomes. It is well suited to someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced commercial environment. Key Responsibilities
Support the estimation and coordination of electrical and lighting product supply for commercial projects
Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate and competitive pricing
Ensure project delivery aligns with customer requirements and expectations
Track and manage order progress, including receipting of deliveries
Manage changes to project scope and product requirements
Work closely with the Commercial Sales Manager and wider team to deliver project outcomes
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support successful delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in project coordination or administration (desirable)
Electrical product knowledge (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
High level of attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
