Starting Salary: $56,682.26 + 12% super
Location: Mitcham (4-week onsite induction, then hybrid WFH flexibility)
Hours: Monday–Friday, rotating roster between 8am–6pm
Start Date: 6 July 2026

About the Role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice supporting customers with billing and general enquiries across phone, email, web message and SMS. There are no sales targets - just genuine, high-quality customer service.
You’ll begin with a 4-week onsite induction in Mitcham, followed by the flexibility to work from home.

Recruitment Process
