An opportunity for a high-calibre Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments and loves bringing structure, calm and impact to senior leadership teams.
This role supports a Group General Manager with a broad, complex remit and a large leadership cohort. You'll be a true right hand - trusted, proactive and always one step ahead - with a strong emphasis on event management alongside traditional EA responsibilities.
Location & Work Pattern
- Dandenong - 4 days per week
- Freshwater Place (Southbank) - 1 day per week
- Full-time, on-site role (no WFH)
The Role
This is not a typical EA role. You'll be operating as a strategic partner - managing competing priorities, navigating senior stakeholders and transforming verbal direction into seamless outcomes.
A standout element of the role is end-to-end event management, ranging from leadership offsites to internal and corporate events, requiring precision, creativity and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to a Group GM
- Manage complex calendars, meetings and domestic/international travel
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports and presentations
- Act as the central liaison across leadership teams and external stakeholders
- Plan and deliver internal and external events - from concept through to execution
- Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups
- Support onboarding, team coordination and strategic initiatives
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated event management experience (essential)
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication with high EQ
- Confidence operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Advanced MS Office and calendar management expertise
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
