Job Description
The key objective of this position is to monitor and manage administration activities of inbound works and supporting data to effectively and efficiently deliver to the Contract KPIs and Internal measures. This includes monitoring all work to completion in real time to identify, resolve or escalate risks to meeting KPIs; as well as tracking job completion, action referrals and additional work required, ensuring overall job creation, closure and completion of works.


Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively managing administration operations
  • Undertake administration associated with work activities and assisting as required to:
  • Manage end-of-end job management through a specialised systems environment; actioning any resultant works required, and ensuring job closure
  • Liaise with field resources and Supervisors to ensure work is completed within required time frames, including raising additional works, as required
  • Maintain productivity monitoring records and report issues/anomalies to management
  • Completion of task allocation / work orders to meet all client, customer and business objectives
  • Undertake administration associated with work activities and assisting as required to:
  • Run daily/bi-weekly and monthly reports
  • Completion of task allocation / work orders to meet all client, customer and business objectives
  • Meet KPI’s and measures for work undertaken
  • Assisting and supporting others within the business as required
  • Perform other duties as required


Experience required
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment would be beneficial
  • Previous data entry experience

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
