What you'll be responsible for
- Ensure water and wastewater quality exceeds regulatory and contractual standards
- Optimise treatment processes through data analysis and innovative solutions
- Lead technical investigations and implement process improvements
- Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce chemical and energy consumption
- Mentor operations teams and provide expert technical guidance
- Support business development and engage with industry organisations
What you'll need to be successful
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Environmental, or related discipline)
- Experience in water or wastewater treatment operations
- Understanding of Australian Drinking Water Guidelines and environmental legislation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
