As a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing and maintenance within Our workshop maintaining commercial waste vehicles, plant and equipment. Attending breakdowns whilst on roster.

What you'll be responsible for

To service maintain and repair plant, equipment and fleet vehicles in a timely manner

Complete scheduled daily work tasks as directed by the Workshop Supervisor/Leading Hand in an efficient and timely manner

Complete work orders, purchase orders and part requisitions daily and in full

Record, monitor stock and part levels and advise any discrepancies
What you'll need to be successful

Australian recognised Diesel / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic's trade certificate

Proven mechanical knowledge / experience within the automotive repair industry

Forklift ticket is desirable

HR licence
